Work on your jumps, flexibility and strength in a one hour intensive class!
Flexibility and strength is a very important element to every athletes training programme as it improves tumble, jumps and stunting ability while preventing injuries!
Our programme will focus on specific jump conditioning and flexibility, flyer flexibility and strength - focussing on body positions and correct technique, base flexibility and strength ensuring bases build the correct muscles and use the correct technique when stunting.
This class is highly recommended to all flyers across all teams.
